Motivation | In the course of performing tasks, users sometimes make decisions based on the expectation of future abilities. If these expectations are wrong, the user might make the wrong decision, with serious security consequences. In some situations, the false expectation of an ability might give the user a false sense of security, or cause the user to make a commitment that cannot be fulfilled. |
